For the past 3 years I've been the Executive Creative Director of TBWA New Zealand.

Before that I was ECD at Joy Sydney, an agency I was instrumental in creating. I named the company and helped develop its unique IP resulting in it now being one of Australia's largest independent creative agencies.

While I was there Joy was awarded Epica's Independent Agency of the year in 2015.

During my career I have been Head of Art / Creative Director at Fallon North America. Creative Director at PublicisMojo Melbourne and also Creative Director at DDB Melbourne.

I've also worked at many of the world's leading creative companies including; M&C Saatchi, Euro RSCG, Bates Worldwide, Mojo Sydney, BMP DDB Needham London and Mother UK to name just a few.

Working both internationally and locally at an entrepreneurial level has given me the unique perspective I have on the industry today.

Along the way I've also been fortunate enough to be a recipient of all the major award shows globally.
